DELIVERY METHOD We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Our transport company will call you once your order has been dispatched to arrange a convenient date for delivery and acceptance. Paletised delivery is made by national carrier (up to 40ft articulated lorry) and can only be guaranteed to curbside or bottom of driveway. Please ensure you have reasonable access to receive goods. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS/RETURNS Goods must be checked upon arrival and any discrepancies recorded at the time of delivery on the carrier's delivery note. Furthermore, we must be notified in writing of any issues within 48 hours following delivery (returns@stonecrete.co.uk). Should the goods be damaged, please provide photographic evidence and we will supply replacements. PLEASE NOTE: The original damaged items MAY NOT be collected. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods and save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, (damage or expence including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howeverso arrising. This policy does not affect your legal rights. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the colour, size and quantity ordered is suitable for their requirements as refunds cannot be made once goods are despatched.
