You will need...
Spacer Posts - For precisely spacing the tiles or slabs.
Levelling Caps - These screw onto the spacer post and as tightened, pull adjacent tiles perfectly level with each other. After use, these can be kept and reused.
Anti Friction Sheilds - These reduce friction between the Levelling Cap and the Tile when tightening and levelling.
