Delivery Timescales

Due to our wide range of products and product options, delivery periods will vary considerably depending on product type and quantity.
Once ordered, you will be updated regularly with delivery timescales. However, see guideline below for estimates.

Window Sills

All Window Sills are made to order. Therefore, delivery may be 2 - 6 weeks.

Other Products

Normally 5-10 working days but MAY BE LONGER dependant on quantity, product, and time of year.

Delivery Methods

Pallet Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made to the bottom of the driveway or kerbside only, using a vehicle with a tail lift (a platform which lowers down). Whilst our delivery team aim to be as helpful as possible, they will not unpack or be responsible for any further positioning of your goods. Parcel Delivery

Smaller items may be delivered by Parcel Courier.

IMPORTANT - DELIVERY SCHEDULES MAY OCCASIONALLY BE DELAYED

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time, deliveries can be delayed for various reasons. Please do not book trades or hire equipment for the expected day of delivery in case your delivery is delayed. It is advisable to receive delivery of your goods before making further arrangements.

We cannot be held liable for consequential loss arising from delayed delivery.

Delivery Charges

DELIVERY is FREE on orders of £150 inc VAT and over. (Some postcodes are excluded - see below)*

For orders of less than £150, the following delivery charges apply:
< £50 = £50.00
< £150 = £20.00

FREE DELIVERY FOR SOME PRODUCTS
Some products alone also qualify for Free Delivery (usually smaller items such as Samples), so look out for the 'Free Delivery? - Yes' marker in the product listing.)
